Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) Notice 02/28/2025

EBG will use an Automated Employment Decision Tool in our hiring process for NYC positions to evaluate candidates' job-relevant skills and qualifications beginning March 8, 2025. This tool serves only as one component of our assessment and review process. A human hiring manager or company representative always makes the final hiring decision. Our AEDT has undergone an independent bias audit available for review at SmartRecruiter AED Audit.
