SVP, DIGITAL COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Maryssa Miller is Senior Vice President, Digital Commerce and Customer Engagement at EBG. Leveraging her deep commerce and digital expertise, she leads the teams in digital commerce, CRM, merchandising, and marketing operations.
Maryssa brings over 25 years of experience as an omni-channel marketing leader and digital executive, supporting companies to build strategies that enhance customer experience, improve the conversion funnel and drive revenue growth. She has successfully built and managed direct-to-consumer commerce strategies across various industries.
Before joining EBG, Maryssa served as SVP, Product at ecoATM and Chief Product Officer and Head of Marketing at Mint House, a hospitality start-up. Prior to that, she was Head of Digital and Customer Products at JetBlue Airways and held e-commerce roles with prominent brands, including Lacoste, 1-800-FLOWERS, Scholastic, and Create the Group (David Yurman, NARS, and Alexander Wang).
Maryssa holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in Direct and Interactive Marketing from NYU, where she later served as an adjunct professor. She has been active in industry advisory boards and has been recognized as a ‘Rising Star Under 40’ by the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation and one of Brand Innovators’ ‘Top 40 Under 40.’
