Kathia DeLeon is Senior Vice President, Partner Development at EBG. She oversees oversee Partner Development, Producing, API Management, Cruise, Broadway, and Strategic Pricing and is responsible for strengthening the organization’s partner ecosystem and driving new opportunities for growth.

Kathia joined EBG in 2012 as Coordinator, Partner Development and quickly demonstrated exceptional talent and commitment. She has steadily advanced through key roles, from Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and most recently as Vice President, Partner Development. As VP, she played a pivotal role in expanding partnerships and driving strategic growth initiatives within the travel and entertainment sector.

Her leadership has been instrumental in overseeing the tour, attraction and entertainment team, managing hundreds of partnerships across major brands and experiences. Kathia’s ability to build strong relationships and deliver innovative solutions to accommodate diverse technology solutions has significantly contributed to EBG’s success and reputation in the industry.

Kathia graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
