Daisha Montalvo is the Vice President of Merchandising at EBG, leading the strategy and execution of partner marketing, product presentation, and promotional merchandising across the company’s platforms. She oversees a cross-functional team responsible for marketing operations, digital strategy, and creative content that connects millions of members with top brands and experiences.

Daisha joined EBG in 2013 and has advanced through multiple leadership roles in marketing and merchandising. Prior to EBG, she worked in e-commerce marketing at Flight Centre.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
