Cara Epstein is the Vice President, Partner Development – Supplier Relations at EBG, bringing exceptional relationship management, leadership, and industry expertise. She is responsible for setting the strategic vision for supplier partnerships, leading high-impact negotiations, and driving growth through innovative initiatives that expand product offerings and optimize pricing strategies. In her role, Cara fosters strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring operational excellence and positioning EBG as a leader in the entertainment and travel marketplace.

At EBG, she previously served as Director and then Senior Director, Partner Development, responsible for managing partnerships with iconic brands like Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, Cirque du Soleil, and Live Nation.

Prior to joining EBG in 2015, Cara worked with industry powerhouses Disney Theatrical Group and Madison Square Garden Entertainment in marketing and publicity roles.

Cara holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
